We only offer 4 things. They’re $111 each.

1- Our Basic ION 30 – 25-35 clean, bright fotos, interiors and interiors . 30 minute shoot. Cost? $111

2- Aerial ION – 5 high resolution drone fotos by our licensed, insured pilots. Cost? $111

3- Matterport ION – a 4k genuine Matterport 3D scan. Cost? $111 up to 2500 under roof

4-Two minute MLS walkthrough Video. Cost? $111

NOW OFFERING!! ION PLUS 45 and ION XL 60:

This processing gets you cleaner, crisper interior images and BLUE SKIES guaranteed on exteriors. 
Larger properties take more time. If you need more time we can do that~

45 minute onsite time for $133

60 minute onsite time for $155

How it works:

  1. Order online 24/7
  2. Input your preferred day/time and access instructions
  3. Pay your shoot charge to confirm 
  4. We shoot all the fotos
  5. We deliver your fotos the day after shooting (aerials subject to weather, obviously)

REMINDER:

We are a REALTOR (R) service company. We shoot properties up to 2500 sq ft for $111. If your listing is larger, please ask us for pricing information.

To Order a Shoot:

  3. We confirm your order/day/time via email during regular business hours
  4. Use the SECURE PAYMENT LINK to pay your invoice to Finalize

We deliver your photos via e-mail by the end of the next business day.

Ion Foto retains copyright to the fotos we create. Clients are purchasing a license to use our fotos to market 1 listing, for 1 year. Please do not sell or transfer the photos without written permission. Matterport hosting for four months is included.

By confirming your shoot you are agreeing to our Usage Agreement.
