By booking an appointment, you are paying for appropriate licensing to use the photos to market the sale of the property. The photos may not be given to a third party such as a contractor, stager, designer, etc. In photography, the photographer almost never gives up copyright of the photos to another individual. Purchasing the photos gives you the ability to market the property via photos on Facebook/Realtor.com/MLS/etc. Please note that in the unlikely event the listing is canceled, you do not have the appropriate permissions to re-sell the photos.
