Properties should be 100% ready for photography at our appointment time.

We are able to keep our prices low by working fast. Each foto shoot is scheduled for a 30 minute window. Therefore, we cannot clean up, tidy up, move furniture and so on.

We absolutely cannot handle hurricane shutters. Shutters should be open prior to the photo shoot.

De-clutter – It helps potential buyers visualize themselves in the home if it’s clear of clutter and personal items/toiletries/etc.
Clear counters, wipe them down, clear clutter off refrigerators, put sponges, soaps, dishes away
Close toilet seats, make sure bath tubs and showers are clean, put personal items away
Please remove anything you do not want to see in your photos prior to the shoot. We do NOT offer Photoshop services.
Please hide all trash cans! No one wants to see them in marketing photos
Do not park vehicles in the driveway during the photo shoot. Please park a few homes away.
Please remove pets from the property for the duration of the 30-minute shoot. This allows us to be more focused and get you the best fotos possible in the time allotted.
